Shipping

1. How do I get my tracking number?

You will received an email notification when your order is shipped with a tracking number.

2. How do I track my shipment?

If your shipping is by Fedex, you go to www.fedex.com, put in your tracking number on the tracking box and click on track. You will see the details for your shipment. If your order is shipped by UPS, you go to www.ups.com and do the same thing.

3. What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

UPS will make three attempts to deliver your products.

4. Does ND Computer 3000 pay for the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

Yes. ND Computer 3000 will pay for the returned products.

5. Why was my order sent in multiple packages?

If you order multiple items, your order is being send separately due to availability by different warehouse locations.

6. How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?

Within 7 business days.
