Cancel orders You may request an order to be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call (310) 809-7398 during business hours of operation or email to CustomerService@ndcomputer3000.com to request an order cancellation. There will be a $30.00 cancellation fee on all orders. You will receive a credit to your credit/debit card in approximately 3-4 business days. Refund Policy All merchandise may be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform ND Computer 3000 of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the purchase date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
